For some reason, some people aren't getting the authentication e-mail coming through to them when they sign up and as such, can't actually register. If this doesn happen to you, just come online and get in contact with Yolandi, Bentu, Irggen or Ogdagon either via a /w or mail if we aren't online and we'll sort you out.
